Buying kids toothpaste online can be scary, we know. What if you order
the wrong product? What if they hate watermelon today even though
they LOVED it yesterday? What if the dog tries to eat it? What if they love
it so much you’re worried it sells out?
We understand your concerns, so we have compiled a list of FAQs to
answer all your oral care concerns.
Your Order
Can I track my order?
We know your children (or you... we are not judging) cannot wait to get your hands on our toothpaste and are counting down the painful days until it arrives. Yes, you can track your order! After you place your order with us, you will receive an email with a link to track your order and plan celebrations accordingly.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, between 2-7 business days depending on where you live and how in demand our helpful tooth fairies are.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to make a change in your order, please email us on info@bumblco.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. However, your order may have already been processed and will be unable to be altered or cancelled. Please read our returns and refund policies here.
Do you offer refunds and returns?

NDIS
How can I place an order using my NDIS funding?
Please send an email to info@bumblco.com to request an invoice with the desired product and quantity.
Please include the NDIS participants name, shipping address and email address of guardian. Please include plan manager's email address if required for payment.

Where can I buy Bumbl Co toothpaste?
Our products are only available here on our website for the mean time, however we are working tirelessly to be able to bring it to a convenient physical location near you. If you would like to suggest where you would love to see our products in store, send a friendly email to info@bumblco.com and let us know!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we absolutely do! Worldwide shipping is available and you can checkout in your local currency.
What if the product my child is begging me for is out of stock?
We will try to keep your child’s favourite toothpaste always in stock and ready for shipping. However, if it does happen to be out of stock (we love to be everyone’s favourite), pop your email in to be the first one notified when it’s back in stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Sadly we no longer accept half licked Chupa Chups as payment, due to it being a very silly idea indeed.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
Because we have been on the hunt for the best ingredients for our toothpastes, our ingredients have been sourced from countries all around the world including USA and Australia. These ingredients are perfectly blended together in China.

Oral Care Concern
What is the difference between children's toothpaste and adult toothpaste?
The biggest difference between kids and adult toothpaste that you should look out for is Fluoride strength. If your child is:
- Less than 2 years: use non-fluoridated toothpaste
- 2-6 years: use a maximum 500 ppm Fluoride toothpaste (have a guess which brand we recommend 😉)
- 6-12 years: use a maximum 1000 ppm Fluoride toothpaste
- 12+ years: 1200+ ppm Fluoride toothpaste
Can I use Bumbl Co toothpaste as an adult?
Can you?! Of course, you can! Just make sure you buy one for yourself and not steal your kids’ tube. We all know that won’t end well when the kids find out.
Can I use Bumbl Co toothpaste on my newborn?
This is not advised due to the higher than recommended fluoride dose within our 2+ range. We will soon release a fluoride free option which would be perfect for newborns. Once you see those little nibblers coming through, you can use a soft wet cloth and rub the teeth gently to get them used to the feeling of brushing teeth. Are Bumbl Co products safe for dogs?
As much as we love our furry friends and as much as our toothpaste smells and tastes delicious, our products are strictly for humans only. Our toothpaste contains xylitol which is very safe for your little ones, but extremely toxic to dogs, so please ensure that your furry friends cannot reach the deliciously smelling toothpaste.
My child accidentally swallowed some Bumbl Co toothpaste. What should I do?
Our toothpastes have been specially formulated to be free from many harmful and synthetic ingredients for your child’s safety such as SLS and parabens. However if fluoride is ingested in large quantities it can cause a mild tummy ache. This is why our toothpastes have age-appropriate quantity of fluoride, and you shouldn’t expect to see any symptoms. However, if your child does experience symptoms and you are worried, consult a medical professional.
How often do you recommend using Bumbl Co toothpaste?
Twice a day. First thing in the morning to get rid of that stinky morning breath and last thing before bedtime to free that piece of cake your kid was saving for later. But also because Joe said so because he knows lots of stuff.
Is Bumbl Co toothpaste Gluten Free?
YES!
Is Bumbl Co toothpaste vegan?
YES!
Is Bumbl Co toothpaste dairy free?
YES! All of our flavours including strawberry shake are dairy free.
